We went to the New England Aquarium on March 21st. Donovin had his 18 month check up in the morning. He's 75% for weight weighing in at 26.5 lbs and 80% for height at 33 3/4 inches tall! He's hitting all the milestones. Everyday he's saying new words. We held off on shots though cause we didn't want to ruin his trip. He LOVED all the things at the aquarium. I think he could have stared at the penguins for hours on end. When it was time to leave we let him pick out one thing to buy. It was a big stuffed penguin. He held it the whole way home. He was so excited that it was a good opportunity for us to work on his listening skills and make sure he knew he needed to hold either mommy or daddy's hand. I was feeling very under the weather that day so I can't wait to take him back. I think we'll take him back sometime around September, then we can walk around outside too and maybe check out the North End.
